Huh? What model is yours, wayno? I just grabbed one of our CW40s to check it, thinking that maybe these are like that and that I just had somehow never noticed. I have no trouble racking the slide to chamber a round. I wonder if there's something gone awry with yours??

Nothing wrong with it. The guide rod springs are very stiff so most people don't end up pulling the slide all the way to the rear, especially when they are new. Kahr recommends using the slide stop to chamber a round.

Correct. You can rack the slide all the way back and release it cleanly to chamber a round but if you let the slide drag on your fingers just a bit you will experience some FTFs. Use the slide release and they chamber every time as Kahr recommends. It's contrary to what I always heard prior to owning a Kahr but it does work.

This is same in the Milt Sparks/LouAlessi Watch Six Dual Talon IWB. Very slim, light and secure. I chose this over a VM-2 for this pistol as it offered the smallest profile.

I keep the DeSantis Nemesis at my lake house so no pics to offer for that right now.
