That should work just fine for crossing large swaths of tundra.

This makes my 3rd Lapua over the years I will be reloading either 250gr AB or 250gr LRX.
Had to Special Order the rifle no one had a Mesa Lapua in the far North.

Your barrel is a complete stainless and not carbon wrapped, correct?
Either of those bullets will work great.

I used H1000 years ago in Lapua but so many new powders available today !
