If you are referring to the CT Ballistic Silvertips, they are Nosler Ballistic Tip bullets that Winchester coats with their special coating.

Exactly. Nosler sells the BT to Winchester, the polycarbonate tip is gray in color. Winchester adds the Lubalox coating.
Same is true with the AB. Winchester gets them with a red polycarbonate tip.
