Nice shooting with your contender. I’ve been wanting a 30-30 barrel, but I’m going to get a 6.5 JDJ instead.

Yes, those Contenders shoot.
I have a 6.5 JDJ and she is a shooter. I'm loading the 120 hr BT at 2424 fps.with a 100 yard zero, 300 yard hits are rather easy.
