Coyote vs. 123 Amax.... a photo essay....

Very impressive photo essay. Looks as if that songdog didn't shake off that Amax all that well.

That is so cool. Not so cool for the dog tho. Oh well, sucks to be him.

Loveland.....

Those pics (actually stills off the video) were taken in WA.

That 260 is a very interesting calibre, it sure has tweaked my interest. I just may need research this a little more.
Thank you for the very cool photos I don't think that Yote knew if it had been punched or bored!

Blessings,
Dan

You using a GoPro?
Cool pics and nice shot.
Bet he wondered where the train came from that hit him.

Got ya, I'm about 2 1/4 hrs from there. Get there often. My wife likes Centerra, I like Sportsman's........LOL

Very cool picture. That 123 AMax seems like a deadly bullet in the 6.5's.

How does it hold up on deer? I know a few folks have had really good luck with the 105's out of the 243's.

Two days before those pictures were taken, that same gun and load blew through a big blacktail buck... at closer range.

I'm giving the 130 AccuBond a run tomorrow. I'm headed to WA on a combo black bear and blacktail wilderness hunt. I have no problem shooting the 123 at deer.... but not at bears... so, a 130 AccuBond load is in the works.

They also do mean ugly things to prairie dogs....

Yeah the 130AB is a pretty awesome bullet from all I've seen. It held up real well out of my 264WM.
