Dream Rifle

Saw my dream rifle today but the piggy bank is broke. I saw a M70 280 Rem new in the box at a gun show and couldn't take it home . I also saw a Scotty 30-06 at a very good price. A Post 64 M70 made in 1964 for $700 new in the box.
Lots of powder, primers and pistol ammo for sale. I did pick up some .30 carbine ammo and a original issue 15 round magazine along with a brick of CCI BR2 primers.

Can't think of anything I need gun wise but every now and then I find one I want.

Back in 1980 I handled a Sako Safari in .375 H&H. It fit me "perfectly", was a delight to hold. It was "only" a tad less than $2100 dollars! I only made $21,000 that entire year! Now they are even higher. ha
