I dropped some money on my 6mmBR build today. I ordered the barrel along with the rest the parts needed to finish my build. I got my donor rifle this week also. Now to wait for the parts and then to get the time to put it all together.

Sounds like it's taking shape nicely, let us know how it all works out. Should be a fun build and a great little round.

The only thing that is not ordered is a bold handle that is bigger than the factory one and a Vortex bubble level. I found some small rifle primers in the drawer tonight that I plan on trying when I start loading up for it.

WT, I am looking forward to seeing how your build shoots. I believe it will be a tack driver .
More photos & range reports I love it!!!

Blessings,
Dan

I went with a Criterion 8 twist barrel. 28" long. It will be a heavy beast. I hope it shoots. I have always wanted to build a rifle. Even as a kid, I use to have companies send me info on it but I never had the time, money or resources to learn from. I hope this all works out.

Oh, it's going to be a shooter... I have no doubt!

You've got some great components, it's time to assemble them into a working rifle. A precision rifle. I think you're going to enjoy!

An accurate rifle, a truly accurate rifle, can teach the shooter a lot about marksmanship.

It should be great and with that twist you should be able to handle any 6mm bullet you would think.

Guy, I hope your words are correct. I just have to get pillars made and I will have everything ordered or here.
