In my reloading, I have found out that the Ballistic Tips, partitions and accubonds with the same weight are pretty much interchangeable with a load recipe. I guess this is because they are all pretty much the same shape and pretty close as far as BC. I was wondering if anyone has played with the E-tips and find that to be the case. I just received the E-tip and I need to develop a load soon for California hunting.

Follow the included instructions.

Prelimenary E-tip Quickload data has revealed that there is minimal difference between the Btip and Etip but just to be on the safe side, start low.........

We recommend using the minimum listed loads for a bullet of similar weight--you can then work your way up, just make sure to watch for signs of excessive pressure. The load data for your existing loads will not necessarily be interchangeable with the E-Tips as the bearing surfaces are different.
