They certainly look to be in good shape. Good to see you posting again.

This is 30-40 yards from my back deck...

One day the wife and I counted 17 back there...two doe herds and one small buck herd...I think about 7 or 8 of the doe are pregnant...I have high hopes all of them will hang around...

Cheers/bg

Fine hunting, for sure. Those pictures definitely get me in the mood to get out this year. I saw a herd of mule deer just outside of town a couple of days ago. A cow and calf moose bedded down on our lawn before nibbling on the ornamental shrubs in the front yard. And a small herd of mulies wandered through my daughter's neighbourhood. The animals are definitely hanging close to town this year.

It nice to see those photographs. Today we are getting another 6" of snow and then hopefully it is over for this year. I have been chatting with my cousin up north and he advised that the Elk herds are large. He advised that he has seen a couple of herds at over a 100 animals. My nephew in the southern part of our province stated that he has seen more whitetail this last couple of weeks which is also a good sign. I hope to get out the week after Easter to do a little nosing around.

Blessings,
Dan

Got some more at night. This property is looking really good. Got a little work to do to make it a little better, should keep my busy until September. Hopefully I can find the hogs on the property, just can't catch them on cam
