Expansion Threshold for Nosler AB (I think)

For the community - I have on my shelf some Nosler seconds, which I believe to be 30 cal 180gr ABs, does anyone know the minimum expansion velocity for those? I would be loading in 308 Win for a 20 inch barrel, and I'm trying to get an idea of maximum practical range for bullet performance.

View attachment 25362 I would want a higher impact velocity for quick kills. Just because it expands at 1800 fps doesn't mean it expands dramatically enough for quick, clean kills.
