Favorite .308WIN loads

To change things up a bit, the only .308 in my house is my kids' rifle. It's a TC Venture Compact. I load 150 Speer BTSP's down to about 2425fps, using H 4895. It shoots under 3/4" at 100 yards and is pretty mild on the shoulder. It's basically a .30-30 with a decent BC. Pretty fun little load and I'm hoping my oldest will give it a good test on a deer this year. I fired one into water jugs and while the core did separate, it went through 5 jugs...

Went to the range this morning, loaded up my last year's loads according to my notes.
44.6 grains Varget, Fed210M, Lapua brass and 168 Nosler Ballistic Tips and velocity a nice 2,780 fps. with ES of 4. I will be using this as a deer hunting load this season.

Range is 200 yards.
