Thank you. I know there are better ones out there more accurate prettier more expensive etc. But for me this is the top gun.

Beautiful rifle Fotis. She sure has some nice looking wood.

Fotis - congratulations!

The 39A is my absolute all-time favorite rifle. Hands down! Yours is a beauty, no doubt about it.

Congrats, Guy

Nice rifle Fotis, it's pretty hard to find a nice "JM" stamped Marlin these days,

Lou

Great find Fotis. Always wanted a take down model but could never justify the price. Now I wish I had picked one up.

I'll trade you for my 35 Remington! Ha!

That's a beauty Fotis. I've wanted one of those for a long time as well and yours is a real nice one.

As a former Winchester collector I ought to say: "Get a Winchester". However If I ever were to have a lever actioned .22LR it would be a Marlin Model 39 or 1897.
A friend of mine has a old model Carbine M39. Slick rifle and accurate. Light to carry.

congratulations

As ownership and manufacturing standards change, certain configurations stand out as classic, and the pinnacle of one company's heights before change. You have acquired a perfect example of who Marlin was and what they could produce. Congratulations!

Well that is a sweet rifle, a classic and a pretty one at that. Congrats. Just put a new scope on mine (not to steal your thunder) :) but thought you'd like to know. :) CL

Good for you Troy! Enjoy it bro!

Holy cow!!! That is one sweet 39a.

One of my first shooting experiences with my great uncle was with a 39A. What a sweet shooting rifle.

Nice looking 22 I am sure it will be a lotta fun if you can get it away from the youngsters
Nice squirrel rifle for sure, y'all have any up your way?

Nothing wrong with that rifle Fotis :) remember the only one you have to make happy is yourself  or in my case the wife :mrgreen:too! My Dad taught me this happy wife, happy life

Blessings,
Dan
