Fire formed Lapua brass is shorter than the trim to length??

I'm using this rifle mostly for target shooting right now and plan to compete in a few competitions this summer.

The FL sizing die I'm using now is a Hornady die. How would i set the die up to only neck size and bump the shoulder without sizing the entire case? Or can this only be done with a Redding or a RCBS?

My handloaders set up their FL szing dies to partially resize. This is where you set the die to bump the shoulder back .001/.002 and do not fully set the die to size fully down against the shell holder which usually will set the shoulder back more than you need and shorten case life.
