Frist time in a long time.

Hi Guys, we got back from my nephews this past Saturday and I still have my buck and doe tag.
We only saw a few nice bucks as the weather is just to nice.
My hunting buddy of over 30 years is disabled and he connected on a real nice 4 X 4 opening morning and then we got a real heavy 5 X 5 but only scored 155 rough.
My oldest boy advised that he would like to get out a couple of times so I really started to be real picky and I went the whole week with out squeezing the trigger on a buck.
I have a freezer full of Elk and a Muley and the chance to hunt with him is far more important as we have not hunting whitetail together since he was 13 and he is now 29. His hockey and then schooling took up so much time.
Unfortunately he is now single again and stated he might have some free time this weekend to get out so I am hoping that we can leave Friday night and hunt Saturday and Sunday only until game time.

Great that you'll get time in the field with your son. That is always a good thing. The Rough Riders did manage to put Calgary on ice. They played a great game.
