I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself!

A Winchester Featherweight! Well, I'm pleased to see you choosing well.

Going to send out the money in the morning. I can't take credit for the pictures. The seller took them. Here is a few more

It's a 2008 limited edition featherweight 30-06!

You mean like this one?

They are lovely, and they shoot quite well.

Yes they are. Like a dufus I sold mine in 6.5x55 swede!

Hey that's Swampy's! It is a .30-06 right? I looked at that rifle several times. I got her her ugly sister, she's not much to look at but she likes it rough!

Yep it is/was Swampy's lol. I absolutely CANNOT wait to get it! Only have about 2 weeks before deer/elk season opens here. Probably have to sight her in with some factory ammo and probably hunt with that for this year. I dont have any 30-06 brass or dies and probably wont have time to play with loads before season. Love that stock on yours too!

Mine is a campfire special as well I bought it off Karnis last December. I still haven't shot it yet as I bought it for use as a donor action. I've since found a new donor so as soon as I get the rifle scoped again I'll be headed to the range as well.

It is hard not to like a Winchester chambered in 30-06. I didn't even know I needed one, until it showed up on the shelf at the local gun dealer. It was that moral imperative in action.

I only have one right now. But I sure would like to rebarrel a .22-250 to it's parent cartridge. Not to mention picking up a Bob.
