Great rifle Pop. I had a 2x7 Leupold on my 338 and swapped it for the 2.5x8 VX3. Either one of them are awesome scopes for a 338. Thanks to you all, my Winchester M70 with 225gr Accubonds and R19 (74gr) is shooting really scary and right at about 2825FPS. I am very excited to see what it does to some deer this year. Good luck with the Lott, I am sure it is going to lay the smackdown on elk soon enough. Scotty
