I didn't have to work this morning so I went out shooting while it was nice and cool.

Sauer 30-06
180 Btip/CCI200/WIN Brass/61.5gr of RL22

Ave speed was 2769. I pulled the second to last shot but the first 8 shots of the day were in the black. I think this one is ready to hunt.

I also shot my Ruger 30-06 and 25-06

30-06 with 180 AccuBonds and H4350
57.7gr-1.353" 2700/2710/2712
58.2gr-1.583" 2728/2726/2723
58.7gr-1.557" 2764/2736/2746

25-06 with 110 AccuBonds and IMR4350
50.5gr-1.568" 3008/3052/3023
51.0gr-.854" 3073/3044/3060
51.5gr-1.091" 3090/3090/3088

I don't know where to go with the 30-06 and 25-06 next. I think they are both close but I don't know if I should play with charge weight or depth next.

Yup! The Sauer is ready for about anything you could want to hunt. If you don't bring home game, it is not the fault of the rifle or the load. Standard deviations on either of the other rifles is very good. I believe it would be a matter of adjusting seating depth to find the accuracy that you want.

Nice shooting. That Sauer is laying them right in there. The accubonds just always seem to need a little seating work. Will go through that with my .280 here shortly. Good luck with it.

Looks good for the 30-06 RL22 load.
In the 25-06, look at RL22, Retumbo and IMR7828
