This is a great dish, easy to make too.

In a 9x12 cake pan, add a 1 lb bag of thawed shreaded hash brown potatos. Make it like a pie crust in the pan.
Season with Lawerary's Sasoning salt and drizzel with a 1/2 stick of melted butter. (add more butter if needed).
Bake in oven at 450* until brown.
Remove from oven and reduce oven temp to 350*.
Take the potato crust, layer with finley chopped peppers, onion and cover with a hearty layer of spinich leaves.
Add a layer of crumbled Feta cheese and top with a layer of shreeded cheader cheese.
Beat 6 eggs, add 1/2 cup milk and pour over ingredients
Bake until fork or tooth pick comes out clean.

You can substitute with chopped ham and cheader cheese.

Enjoy.

Mike,

This is a Mrs. JD Christmas morning breakfast delight.
She is an awesome woman and a great cook.

Sounds tasty...I have had a very similar version. The fetta cheese makes a big difference instead of just using cheddar!

JD,
I just made this with your directions, and it was a huge success for my family! I usually make it without the feta cheese, but the feta cheese made it absolutely delicious. I have tried this dish in many of the top Restaurants San Diego, and your recipe tasted better than any restaurant I have tried! I will definitely be making more of this dish in the future. Do you have any other great and easy recipes like this? Thanks!
