Grizzly Bear attacks

Thought you guys might like to see this. The fellow tried bear spray but it had no effect on her. This is the third attack this fall down in S.W. Montana

Then this guy kills a pig in N.W. Montana and they dart him and move him.

Don't leave out Idaho Guy. When I was hunting up by Salmon ran into a guy who said he had a grizzly up by his camper the year before. He was hunting Elk with a rifle and had a Big handgun strapped across his chest.
A year ago I was a thinking about a .44 Mag but talked my self out of buying one since I don't live out West just didn't know how much use I would get out of it.

I've had a .44 mag, of one kind or another, for a bit over 30 years now. They're FUN, even if not useful. Usually very accurate, and undeniably powerful. For game, I've only taken a couple of mule deer, but the revolver did a fine job. When I know I'm in bear country, I like having a .44 along.

Danged grizzlies. :mrgreen: We really ought to do something about those things!
