H4198 at Cabela’s

Cabela’s has H4198 available for anyone that needs it. If you have it shipped to store for pickup there’s no hazmat fee. Now I’m set with 8lb jugs each of H4198 and IMR 4198 for my 45-70’s.

Edit: I said this completely wrong. I picked up a few 1lb cans to top off my 2 8lb kegs of H and IMR 4198. I said it like I bought 8 pounders. That’s incorrect.

My original statement was all wrong. I didn’t buy 8pounders. Just a few singles to top off my 8lb jugs. Still got them 10% off and no hazmat from Cabela’s.

It was more than my last few purchases but it was still $56 per pound for 4 lbs. free shipping to store, no hazmat and 10% Leo discount. Not the best price I’ve paid but not ALL that bad for todays rates either. What can I say I’m a 4198 disciple in 45-70. Sure wish I could find it everywhere for $26 a pound again. I guy can dream.
