Help Pick A New Press

Howdy all!
I need to pick you all's brains. I have a Lee single stage press and looking for another press to either replace or supplement it.
If I replace it I'm looking at the Redding Big Boss. If I supplement it I'm keeping the Lee for sizing and would use either a CoAx or the new RCBS Summit to seat bullets and provide economy of motion. I could set two presses up and save some time.
I'm looking to make quality ammo over quantity.

When I was looking for a new press I went with the
Forster CoAx.
I wish now I would of bought it years ago, awesome press

Get the Co-Ax and use their lock rings. Changing a die is a simple pull out and slip in the new. One set of their shell holder jaws will load a variety of cases. I can use the same set for 223Rem-300 Win Mag. Rick.

I will echo everything Rick and Randy mentioned. I love the COAX. I can't find anything I don't completely enjoy about using my Coax and it is rock solid loading everything. Just a great press and very low stress to the bench top as well.

Forster CoAx all the way. Excellent value for the money.

Yes, I use my Forster Co-axial for resizing along with the micro Forster dies. I seat my bullets using my RCBS Rock Chucker Supreme.
The Co-axial is by far the best press that I have ever used.

I did a lot of reading before I purchased a press, and ended up with the Co-Ax 2 years ago. I couldn't find one bad review for it.

I have a cheap single stage press I use to pull bullets and other similar things when I don't want to change what I'm doing on the Co-Ax, but the Co-Ax is the one that gets 99.9% of the duty.

I am waiting for my current Herters C , single stage press to wear out before I buy a new one. As I have been loading on this one, or it's twin for over 50 years, I may not have the chance to buy a new one.

Went with the Forester CoAx.
It's on backorder but should be here by the end of the month. I mulled over the choices and being that I know of nobody with an RCBS Summit, and that I had played a little with a Forester, and that the Forester is supposed to be very good at eliminating runout I made my choice.
It had come down to a choice between the Redding Big Boss II and the CoAx with the CoAx edging the Big Boss II by a hair.

Late to the party, but I use a Redding T7 for just about everything, with a Rockchucker in reserve.

I would like to give a Co-Ax a try someday.

I started on an RCBS Partner press, and loaded an amazing amount of ammo on it.

Those were great presses, wish I still had mine but gave it to a beginning handloader a long time ago. My other gear was from Herter's too, back in the beginning. I still use the powder measure after polishing up all the internals and adding my own friction control mechanism to the drum. It throws any powder very consistently, even the logs. Finer grain stuff is never off by even 1/10 gr either way.
To the OP, I'd suggest something besides the Forster, but am not ready to deal with the backlash :lol: That press is great, and will put a smile on your face everytime you use it.

If you want to message me if be interested to know what you'd recommend. I looked at the RCBS Summit, Redding Big Boss II, and the CoAx.
The CoAx won but only by a hair over the Redding. I'm currently using a Lee breech lock, and turning out halfway decent ammo, but always looking for better.

I have been using a RCBS Rockchucker for 50years.

I have 2 Original RC press from the early 70"s that have served me well if I
had to buy a new one I would go with the Co Ax.
But I don't think I will ever wear these out.
