He's Not a Grizzly, But He is a Bear

Thanks Mike, it is good to be home. Glad you were able to get that 350 out and shooting. I still haven't dug into my safe yet, but I am "trying" to pace myself a little! Scotty

Doc, Way to go, thanks for sharing the story. But in the pix, which one is the bear?

Rod,

The bear has slightly less fur. Remind me to avoid hunting with you if you can't tell the difference!

Mike,

Job well done! Have you ever thought about putting a chronicles book together (Canadian Hunting Chronicles by Dr. Mike)? When I read your stories, I feel like I'm there.

killdeernow,

My writing style is way too formal to be entertaining. That was a much appreciated compliment, however. Thank you.

Yes, we are going out tomorrow to attempt to shoot 2 muley does as the rife season starts on Nov. 1st but we need to shoot 2 does before we get a buck tag.
This is the first time I have shoot black powder (muzzle loader). I am feeling like a hypocrite as I really do not think they are primitive.

Blessings,
Dan
