DrMike, thanks for the welcome. I've been a "lurker" for a while and joined last week after taking advantage of the Fathers Day deal and ordering a Heritage in 30-06.

Also, just realized I left MuskOx off the list of animals hunted. I hunted them on Banks Island in 2002.

In mentioning those mean Brahma bulls, that's why I really envy the Aussies getting to take wild cattle! I hated rounding up Brahmas as a teen in Liberty Co, Tx ( very common in East TX due to the mosquitos and hot/humid woods) of course, since they were "beef cattle" we weren't allowed to shoot the crazy things....but man oh man did I ever want too!... on many occasions! ha I wish some Aussies or Kiwis would chime in and tell me about their wild cattle hunts/kills ...at least I could get some revenge vicariously! lol

I have hunted some multiple times and had good success on all, but haven't expanded my horizons that much. I have an Alaskan drop hunt for moose booked for 2018 and might get a chance at a black bear or wolf that trip so maybe I up it a bit. I'll be happy as can be if I just get a chance at a decent moose though.
