In case no one heard, Baldwin walks. Seems the prosecution withheld some evidence from the defense and the judge declared a mistrial with prejudice. I don't think there's any other way they can charge him so I guess he walks. justice for Baldwin and Hannah bets 18 month at state expense. I think that this may go a long way toward enhancing her appeal.

I heard this. I've never understood how live ammunition was on the set and loaded into a firearm on the set. I can't really believe Baldwin is at fault since he isn't allowed to load a firearm on the set.

well Baldwin did point the gun at her, he did pull the trigger, no doubt about it so he should face some consequence for his actions.
he lied and said he didn't pull the trigger, what else is he lying about?
