Thank you JD, it was fun setting them all up and getting them right.

LOL. very nice. I shot my 7-08 today. everytime I shoot it over the chrony, I wonder why I own a .270 win.

Great pics Mike. Looking forward to hearing about that new 140 Sierra. Should be a really good one in the smaller 7's if it lives up to it's lineage.

Is the 284/140/HP bullet like the 277 version? Where the HP is the tougher and the SP the softer for more long range work? I am not sure if that applies for both the 277 130/140 versions.

One thing Sierra does is supply a section in their manual thats they discribes each and every bullets intened perpose. Humm Nosler please do this too if not just for a great read.

Does not every one pick up manuals "just for some light reading".

The 140ger in 7mm or .277 has a harder core and thicker jacket that goes through a 4 step draw and is Sierra's toughest bullet. Like I said before it is one of the three bullets I love to hunt with and the other two are the AccuBond and Partition.

It is very hot and humid here so I loaded a favorite charge of W760 and stop by the range and shot them on the way to work today and not bad at all, for not even working up the load. I will tweak this one.

Great pic's, of an under rated cartridge! My artistic ability in photography, isn't any where near as skilled.
However, they would look so much better with a 150 gr NPT seated. :p

Mike I love your pictures and have those you did for me proudly displayed in my man cave. You are so good at this in fact that I bet you could make a 35 Whelen look attractive! :p Now that's saying something too! That should catch Scotty's attention.

Mike, you are crazy! I would call that load DONE! Great shooting buddy. Seems like you have another great 140 for the books. Are you going to put it into jugs for us or what?
