I loaded up five of the 168 SMK's and headed out to the creek for a crack at the steel 450 yards away. Sure enough all but the first one found its mark. I say that only because I seated the first round too deep and thought oh well, I'll just use it to foul the barrel, but I did also have a bad cheek weld. Nice to know that the next four were good though.
I noticed the gun doesn't like feeding the first round when all five rounds are down the magazine. That's twice already I've had nothing in the chamber. Normally I can tell by feel when a gun picks up the round, but just not with this gun yet.
Now to deal with issue #1, not enough of the same lot of powder to fill the order! And so far out of date from what I was using I'll have to retest.......
