Shortly before my Wyoming Moose & Antelope trip, I thought I might try to switch from my tried and true Partition handloads in my .300 to Nosler Accubonds. While the Partitions have worked well for me in the past I have had great success with the Accubonds in my .270 WSM taking a variety of animals including elk so I thought I might try them in my .300 on a Wyoming Moose. It was close to my hunting trip so instead of trying to work up reloads I thought I would try some of Nosler's Factory Ammuntion.
Due to some mix ups at Nosler, I did not get my order processed. I was notifed a couple of days before my hunt that they were getting ready to ship my order out. I explained that the ammo would not arrive until after I left and would not do me any good on this hunt (and I did not even know if they would shoot well out of my rifle) so the order was canceled.
I took my handloaded Partitions on the hunt and was not disappointed, they worked to perfection.
Upon my return from my hunt, I was surprised to find 1 box of Nosler 180 grain AccuBond loaded ammo and 1 box of 200 grain Nolser AccuBond ammo delivered to me with a note that stated it was free of charge!
That is customer service! And by the way, the Nosler Factory loaded 180 grain AccuBond's shoot cloverleaf's out of my .300!
Thanks guys!
