my labradar won't keep the time , or date . I'm thinking there must be a battery for this ? I looked through the owners manual , didn't see anything . anyone run into this ?

About a week ago it did some goofy things , then it read the memory card was full . I pulled out the card and it worked fine . that's when I realized the time and date would not stay set . no big deal for me . I just don't want a battery to leak, if I can change it .

thanks Dr Mike . I do have a battery pack . for some reason I thought it kept the time and date set even when I unplugged the battery pack .

My LabRadar keeps the date and time and I've never put a battery in the unit. I don't use a memory card either. I plug in the external battery when I'm using the device but that's about it. The Labradar will store 100 sequences without a memory card. Then you can just delete them and start over.

The newest app and update screwed up the time and date.
I emailed them this week about it, and they told me it is a known issue that would be fixed with "the next update."
Knowing them that could be a few years...
