I picked up a Streamlight TLR-3 for my XDM 3.8 for work. The problem is I am having a hard time finding a holster that will accept the TLR-3. Who manufactures one that will accept my XDM and the TLR-3?

A thigh holster that fits my weapon/light combination would be the best of both worlds, as I much prefer having my sidearm on my thigh.

Safariland makes a few for the XDM 45 with lights attached. Bladetech used to custom make anything you needed if they didn't stock it.

Try Bladetech - they make just about everything. They made one for my FNH 45 wearing a Trijicon RMR. Really nice and super secure(level III).

For me, I carry a P226 with a light on it, I like the new fangled Kydex holsters when carrying a boomer with a light.

Take a look at Raven Concealment Systems and Off The Grid Concepts. I've got holsters from both companies for my Sig and my 1911 that I carry with a light. Blade Tech would be another good option too in my opinion. I've gotten to the point that I don't want a gun without a light anymore having expirienced the advantages of having that illumination.
