They probably could tighten with sorting and I will sort when I use them again. However, sub MOA is not bad for factory ammo. even in a custom rifle. I suspect that they will not hold up (at MOA) at longer ranges? Our club only has a 200 yard target butt but I will try them on that sometime. I am guessing that the powder is IMR 4831 SSC?
The biggest objection that I had was the low muzzle velocity, adding back the 10 feet of distance for the chromo, it ads to about 2800 but that is 200 fps slower than expectations. Some of that is the throat erosion in my rifle but they are still slower than printed data on the box.
