Has Nosler released any load data for the 180gr 308 E-Tip and if so can someone direct me to a link or source for it?

They don't have any yet. I was told to start with "start" data and definately do not start beyond mid data for 180's. These things are long. I've shot some 200 ab's in several guns and will use that data as a starting point.

Kraky,

I called yesterday and was told essentially the same thing. The bullet has a long bearing surface and is very hard so it seems to requre less powder to make velocity and pressure.

He said to start at or slightly below the minimum load for a Ballistic Tip of the same weight and that max load would most likely be about half way between minimum and maximum loads for the Ballistic Tip of the same weight.

I think I'm going to order a box to try out.

I have a 300 SAUM that should be able to move these along a a pretty respectable clip and I'd like to poke a few holes in some Florida Piney Woods Rooters to see if they'll perform as well as Nosler's other offerings.

I've been a dyed in the wool Partition man for many a year but usually try Nosler's new stuff when it comes out and have found that all their bullets perform quite well.

I expect no less of the E-Bullet... <grin>

Yes I just obtained some e-tips myself and am going to work with them in the near future. I am expecting good things from them.
