Loads for Scirocco/Bal.tip 165grn please...

Hi i need help with loads for BT and scirocco 165grn to my 3006 especially with powders like RL 15 :grin: Velocitys from 2800-2930 ft/s are wishful.

The rifle is a Rem 700 SS, 22" barrel
