I didn't draw my Wyoming elk tag this year and the place I hunted muleys last year is booked so I'm looking for another hunt. I don't currently have any points anywhere to help out. I hunted the units listed during 2nd season in 1999 for elk and muleys, saw some of each but nothing huge. We did find some decent shed antlers there also. Has anyone hunted this area recently, or have any advice on where else to try? Wherever I end up applying I am going to take a week during late summer to go in and scout. Our ranch has a Polaris Ranger and several good saddle horses I can use for scouting/hunting also if anyone thinks they will help.
