I am loading some 150 grain LRAB in 7mm Mag, do these bullets like to be loaded long or can they be loaded to standard length.. my rifle chamber measures 3.44 to lands

My experience with any bonded bullet pushes the concept of a longer jump to the lands for the best accuracy.

Ok, thanks!!!I'm about to load some now, I'll load them like I load regular accubonds

Have you seen anything common Dr Mike? If I remember right 0.075 off is about where regular ABs start to noticeably improve.

As with AccuBonds, the Long Range iteration appears to enjoy ~0.100 inches off the lands in my rifles. I'd agree with you that 0.075 is about where accuracy begins to improve. I have never had to load one longer than for a 0.120 inch jump using AccuBonds. I did have a problem rifle that I could not get to shoot on one occasion and the gunsmiths urged me to try one more time so the customer could have it for a hunt. Would you believe a 0.250 inch jump with Swift Sciroccos? Quarter MOA, however, and stepping right along from a 270 WSM.

My .300 liked .100 thou jump as well, that was definitely the sweet spot on my rifle, more and less jump made it into a scatter gun, but .100 though made respectable groups.
