m70 not ejecting

I had my m70 300wsm dipped & the bolt had to be bedblasted. The bolt was pulled apart gut the face was taped up. So I got it back & found grit in extractor claw & I pulled it off & cleaned it. I put back together & still the same thing,the claw moves in & out.

What do I need to do?
