maximum pressure loads

I am relatively new to reloading and I'm researching various loads from many different sources. I have a question regarding maximum pressure in reloads.
Are there any published maximum pressure tables for various calibers or various guns.
ex. I have read that Model 29's don't handle the high pressure loads as compared to Ruger Super blackhawks.

I'm not interested in loading to maximum loads, just trying to educate myself on the terms as it relates to reloading before I start.
Thanks

This doesn't specifically address the issue you raised. SAAMI publishes pressure limits for cartridges. Generally, handguns and rifles will tolerate (for a while) pressures far in excess of cartridge pressures. Cases will rupture before cambers will rupture. However, damage to metals is cumulative, so high pressures in chambers will eventually create an unsafe situation.
