Maybe i'm a bit slow- CT fail safe

maybe i'm a bit slow, but what happened to CT fail-safe components? I just loaded my last box, and cant find them any where. My buddies say they have been gone for several years? While were at it what happened to Partition-Gold Handgun projectiles? :shock:

Winchester dumped the "Fail Safe" design a year or two ago in favor of what is now the new Elite XP3 http://www.winchester.com/products/cata ... 16&type=69

I `m sure others will correct me if I`m wrong but, I`m not sure the Combined Technology line is producing anything except the Balistic Silvertip today..

A number of years ago I bought a bunch of 180gr 30 cal failsafes.....I tried last year to get more and found out that they are not made. I only have a couple boxes left. I use them to shoot buffloes(raised for meat).
Don't feel bad there are alot of us slow people around...
