Well, this isn't a totally true test of customer service. I have a 2-10 with the BDC. I had it mounted on my 338 Win Mag for about a year. Well, I pulled it off the 338, and stuck it on the 300WSM. Well, I got a hair up my butt and wanted to just have the scope checked out. I wasn't sure if it was tracking the exact way I wanted it too. I really couldn't be sure if it was the load shooting all over the map or the scope. I am pretty sure after mounting another scope on it, it was the load. BUT, I decided to pull it and send it to Minox to let them give it a once over. I called them, they were VERY polite and said send it in. Well, it took about three weeks and I have the scope back, clean bill of health and everything went excellent. Might have taken a touch longer than I wanted, but it was still good service and nice to know they stand directly behind their product.
On another note, I just finished SOAKING another 2-10 Minox on my 338 Win Mag in Idaho, never fogged and it seemed like I never lost any ability to see through it and it worked excellent. Overall, I can't say enough good about them. They may not be Swaro's, but for the money, I am not sure if there is a better scope with the same quality of glass. Also, once the turrets are tightened down properly, the clicks are positive and seem very consistent to me.
You can find these 2X10-40mm's for 250 quite often and they spank 3.5x10 VX3's for clarity and low light ability. Plus, there about 200 dollars cheapers. The Field of View is a touch less than I would really prefer, but it does work fine and I haven't lost any game with them yet.
