Minox German BLs

Was going to wait till I got em in...but..

Sig. other got me a pair of the German BL's from Cameraland. I had looked at a pair of the Vortex Diamondbacks and they were very good (in my eyes, they beat out the Zeiss Terras for $100 less, and I am a big Zeiss fan!), but after a phone call to Cameraland and a very strong recommendation on the Minox's my sig. other called them and placed the order.

They are the German BL's in 8x42, on sale for $279.

Will let everyone know how they are once they arrive tomorrow.

They came in, and I am impressed. Just took them out into the yard and gave them a look through. Brighter AND clearer then the Vortex's I was looking at. They feel solid, a tad heavy but they feel bulletproof. I really like the rubberized coating on the binos.

Now I have to take them to the field and see how they really perform.
