I called Minox today to report a problem with my ZA 5. When I went to level the scope I adjusted the focus to bring the cross hairs in focus I noticed what could be described bubbles or droplets at 11:00 inside the scope beside the reticule.
The gentile man at Minox told me they would send me a UPS label to return the Scope and I explained that hunting season opened on the 30th of this month and he said that he would find a replacement and ship it right out.
That is what I call customer service.

Good to hear, Rodger. The shooting sports is generally populated with quality people, and it sounds as if Minox has upheld the ideal.

Good service maybe will save your hunt?

I have another, actually several other rifles I can use, so my season isn't in danger because of the need for a scope replacement. But I was pleased with the the response and how they are handling my problem.

That's great to hear.. I am not surprised though. They have been very good with me as well.

So far the new scope they promised hasn't arrived and the seaon opens on Saturday so I'm not holding my Breath and it hasn't been a week since I called. The Minox is intended to be for my 35 Whelen build anyway.
