Saw the 30 cal 190g LRABs 2nds on shooters before I went to bed last night and when I got up this morning and got hold of my uncle what do ya know all 30 bags are gone! Second time thats happened to him. Gotta be on those quick!!

Scotty the 190s are for my uncle and cousins Rem 700s in 300 win mag. They shoot really good with 200g ABs and RL22 as is, but I talked him into trying these 190s faster, flatter, less wind drift, more energy, whats not to like?

Did your uncle/cousins knock off a couple elk with the 200 AB load you made up? That is one hard bullet to improve upon.

Oh yah, I worked those 200g ABs (2nds) up two years ago with 71.5g RL22 and they shoot 1/2 MOA @2875fps out of 3 different .300s now. My uncle got his spike right at 900 through the shoulders after I had just set it up out to 1K about month prior. His longest shot to date! It was awesome to be there with him and watch. He uses a 700 BDL stainless/synthetic with Leupold vari x III 3.5-10 and target knobs, same setup hes used for 25 years, I just told him he needed to send his scope in for target turrets and I could assure him canyon shooting would never be the same

Last years was a bit easier 500 yard chip shot.

He didnt draw this year, nor has my cousin. My cousin always bow hunts for elk anyway.

With the 200 ABs shooting like that Jorey, I'd have a hard time monkeying with the 190's. I know, more BC but that 200AB has plenty and it'll really take heat up close as well. Plus, it's hard to beat what you already have. That's a serious combo.
