I was away from the forum at the beginning of the month and missed this news. I am so very sorry to hear this. Prayers for strength and healing for your family. Life can sure be painful and hard sometimes, don't ask me how I know that.

SIL had a chemo port installed last thursday over in Portland. They will go over Thursday this week for the first of his chemo treatments. Docs have been quite clear, all we can hope for is to extend his life to some degree. With luck the chemo will double his 6 to 9 month forecast. We do appreciate all the prayers.
