My first elk ever....

My son and daughter both love elk and deer meat. It is the Commander IN Chief (CINC) House that has a problem with it. We did make some manicotti last night with freshly ground venison and she ate her whole plate. It was darn good! Scotty

She knew it and tolerated it ground up and put into something she couldn't "see". Don't know, don't ask me? She liked it though. She doesn't like to see the meat at all before it is processed. Beach girl is slowly coming around though! Scotty
