A good stout load of Ramshot Tac, or H322 powder behind a 350gr speer will make short work of them. I was getting close to 2800fps out of my lott with that bullet, and great accuracy.

I love #1s.
Mine are a #1A in 7X57 and an RSI in 30.06.
I have toyed with getting a tropical in .375 H&H , but any animal I would hunt with a round that big, I don't think I want to use a single shot !

IMR 3031 85 gr. CCI 250 primers 350 gr. TSX OAL 3.64"
I put a 2.5-10 Nikon Monarch on it with the BDC reticule and sighted dead on at 100 yds. It hit dead on at 200 yds using the 200 yd circle. I believe it hit about 2" low at 300 using the 300 yd circle. I'll give you a report on the 4 and 5 hundred yard targets as soon as it quits this neverending rain :evil: Work up to the load. It peaks fast at about 87 grs. Man you ought to see what it does to a piece of 12" cured oak :shock: Oh yeah! Did I mention it kicks at the bench. Not bad at all standing. The trigger is about 5 lbs but is so crisp I'm not going to mess with it.
