Need reloading data Nosler Fail safe

I'm using a 30-06 for Orxy hynting.I've already sighted my rifle for twohundred yards, using 165 grain Noler Fail safe bullets, I.M.R 4350 powder( 53.3 grains ), and CCI primers. My manual states that this load should leave the muzzle at 2692 fps. What would I gain by loading 54.3 grains of powder.?

You would possibly gain another 100fps by loading to 54.3gr of IMR 4350. However our max load with IMR 4350 in the 30-06 using the 165gr Fail Safe was 57.0 grains. It was our most accurate load reaching 2832 fps. We also used Winchester brass and Win WLR primers. As always start low and work your way up carefully.

NOSLER2 Thanks for the reply..I don't like loading to close to the max. I'll stay with what I have now. Maybe after this hunt is a done deal, i'll take it up a notch or two.Thanks again.
