Nephews First Deer, Ohio Youth Season

Hi all,
My nephew has hunted the youth season for three years with no luck. We were in a tree stand on our farm this morning but no deer.
Different stand this evening, this buck walked out of my switchgrass field and my nephew made a fine shot .
Gun-H and R 20 ga single shot slug gun, Nikon 2x7 scope, Hornady (sorry Nosler!)2 3/4 factory slug. 30 yds or so. DRT.
Pretty proud of him.

Congrats on the Deer! I'm ready for gun season to open next Monday! Next week and Muzzleloader season in January are probably going too be the only time I have to hit the woods this year due to work.
