Very nice; that is a sharp looking rifle. Undoubtedly, it will deliver a sharp slap at both ends!

Dr. Mike liked it a lot, for sure those actions are massive and strong, very simple to dissasembly with a large extractor, and not too much things to go wrong.

Nice!
Floats like a butterfly, stings like a bee. :)

That one is all business. If anybody gives you grief in hunting camp, just have them touch one off.

That's a beauty! Used to own a Whitworth in 375.

That is a beauty CZ! Well put together hunting rifle right there! Very nice! Now give us some action shots!

Wow - I wasn't prepared for the synthetic stock, most Whitworth Mausers seem to be in pretty decent wood stocks.

It looks good, and really useful too! I'm thinking it's a PERFECT rifle for Alaska & hunting for brown bear or moose!

I LIKE that .375, a lot!

Guy

JD it does float like a butterfly but it will slap you like a Mule .
It is however a gorgeous looking rifle!!!

Blessings,
Dan

The Whitworth .375 H&H (Interarms) is a good Mauser action for long rounds like the H&H. It should serve you well for anything that you need it for.

Ya know CZ, there seems to be two different types of .375's out there:

African rifles with wood stocks, and Alaskan rifles with 'glass stocks & rust resistant finishes.

There's a place for both, and having spent a fair bit of time utterly soaked in Alaska, I completely understand the need for the synthetic stock & rust resistant finish! If I were going to Alaska anytime soon, I'd have a synthetic stock ordered up for my rifle, and I'd be trying to figure out the best way to rust-proof it for sure.

I certainly agree Guy and even hunting elk on the peninsula can be very wet sometimes. Back in the days when I spent many days hunting elk there, I wished that I had a synthetic/stainless rifle.

Very nice build CZ! Even in Africa the weather can be very cold in the morning and hot and humid midday. A synthetic stock gun will never shift POA whatever the weather is doing. It may not be common practice bring a synthetic stocked gun over in Africa but that didn't keep me held back from bringing mine in any way. After which I later sold the Remington custom shop 375 KS and kept the Brno 602 458 Lott reworked by Lon Paul I had since its more in tune with African Big Game Hunting. Besides it packs a wee bit more bang for the buck and has the coolness factor since most PH's that are too poor to own a double use the Brno 602's only for them it's chambered in the 458 Watt version.
