Just traded a spare P1 for a Sav 110 accutrigger in 30-06. How do you adjust these things? It pulls at over 4 pounds right now which is heavier than I would like. Preliminary shooting for function indicates this will be an accurate rifle. Worked up a start load with some BL-C2 and a few leftover Sie 150s I had laying around and got 1.22" CTC 5 shots right off the bat. Would like to see what this one will do with a tuned trigger as there are several "deer rifle" matches around here in the fall.

Picked up this rifle with the idea that a moose hunt may be in my future and will give a little more pop than the old .280. Any favorite moose bullets for the venerable '06? I'm working up the 165 Hor BTSP and Nos 168 BTHP over 4320, H414 or IMR 4064 for deer and target work. See which ones shoots best.

You have to take the rifle out of the stock to adjust the trigger. It takes a special little tool to do it. You can look up the procedure on the net. It is easier to see the pictures than describe how to do it.
