I've heard it mentioned here before...I'm curious just what it says...could somebody post pictures of the data from that manual?

Here you go. One thing to note when comparing to later versions is that this data is pre-SAMMI and only loaded to 60k psi not 65k. The barrel used is a 24" vs. a 26" as well.

Some of the old loads are faster than the new ones...but they don't show the overall length, you can tell it's not 3.33" though by the load densities....I bet they used 3.34"....which is where I planned on starting.

Sierra manual # 5 has loading data for the 280AI and it's same case as in Nosler manual #4. Sierra also gives loaded OAL.
