could ya post .243 loads for 55 grain bullets from #3?

This load is not out of a nosler guide but it is out of my second edition Richard lee book. The powder is H 4895, starting load is 40.0 grains of powder going 3638 fps and the max load is 44.5 grains of powder and it is going 4058 fps. Remember to always start low and work your way up .

The .243 55 grain did not exist when #3 was published.
